Taith Cymru 2023 Presents a new format to a classic tour, Every Valley.

For 2023 the Taith Cymru is exploring new ground with a unique route that will take in every one of the major valleys in South Wales. Planned by 5-time LE JOG route designer, John Kiff, the route will start near Pontypool and take in some of the challenging moorland roads, twisty lanes, and hairpin junctions used on many famous past night events such as the Halewood, the Midnight, the Red Dragon and the Ides of March. It will go as far west as the Swansea Valley before returning via several sweeping A-road mountain passes and lots more great scenery to the finish at the Ty Newydd Country Hotel near Hirwaun where participants will enjoy the usual fabulous buffet. Entrants should note that, inevitably, there will be some urban driving but this has been kept to the minimum possible to allow these great roads to be used and the amazing views to be enjoyed. Both start and finish are close to major trunk roads for easy access. We hope you will join us for this unique experience.
