Once again, Friends of Tewin were blessed with a warm and sunny day for the 2024 Classic Car & Craft Show!
With over 450 pre-booked and approximately 50 coming in on the day, plus the spectacular cars brought by our sponsors, Aston Martin and McLaren at Hatfield, it was indeed, a splendid sight.
Along with 44 craft stalls selling a wide variety of goods, there was plenty for our visitors to look at. Tewin's Country Bumpkin came up trumps again with their lovely hog roast, burgers and bacon rolls. Sandy's Pizza Van, the Hill Brothers Bar, and Franks Ices, all made a welcome return. The Monday Mojo's group and local duo Why Not provided the afternoon's entertainment. We are absolutely delighted with the turn-out this year and we must thank all the delightful Classic owners who support us as well as all the public who came to the show.
It is a major task for a small village to put on such a big event and we rely very heavily on our wonderful volunteers who help on the day. We also rely on residents baking lots of cakes for us to sell in the Pavilion and the Tea Tent so we want to thank each and every one, we couldn't manage without you!
