Dukeries Motor Club is very disappointed to have to confirm the cancellation of the 2022 Dukeries Rally.
In early September, Dukeries MC was made aware of the closure of the Donington Park circuit for resurfacing works during the latter part of 2022 which meant that we would not be able to run the 63rd Dukeries Rally there as planned.
Over the past few weeks, members of the club have made strenuous efforts to find another suitable venue for our premier event and had planned the outline of an alternative event at Mallory Park with stage routes, time schedules, and budgets.
Following this work, we do not feel we can provide an event with sufficient stage mileage, variety, and interest for competitors within the constraints of Motorsport UK regulations and the venues available to us at this time. We thank Mallory Park for their enthusiasm and their willingness to work with us at such short notice.
On a positive note, the club will now focus its efforts on making the event planned for Donington Park in March 2023 into the best stage rally yet to be held there.
